Transitional Recovery Housing-Newport

Nate’s Place offers ongoing individualized recovery program management for 35 households and includes includes 5 family units. The phased system at Nate's Place transforms lives by providing a structured and supportive pathway from instability to independence. In the initial phase, clients are welcomed into Nate's Place offering them immediate relief from homelessness or unstable living conditions. The aim is to create a place where individuals can begin their recovery journey without the constant stress of housing insecurity.

 

This phase focuses on stabilizing their lives by providing a safe and supportive environment with access to essential services such as medical care, mental health support, and substance abuse counseling. By addressing immediate needs and equipping individuals with the necessary tools and resources, ReConnections helps residents achieve sustainable recovery and stable housing.

 

Nate's Place provides tailored housing options for diverse populations including pregnant women and parents participating in Nurture Oregon, non-English speakers, and individuals involved in the criminal justice system. 

 

Nate's Place serves as a critical stepping stone enabling individuals to rebuild their lives, reconnect with their community, and secure a brighter, more stable future. This approach not only improves individual outcomes but also strengthens the community by reducing homelessness and promoting long-term sobriety and self-reliance.
